The art therapist will help you safely address personal difficulties and challenges via different forms of art (drawing, painting, collage, sculpture) and mindfulness techniques, at the same time allowing you to reconnect with your strengths and work towards positive change.
No prior experience in art is needed to benefit fully from the service.

An individual session lasts sixty (60) minutes.
