Lydia Roy, Counseling Therapist and detainee of a bachelor’s degree in Criminology. She had the chance to develop the necessary skills for intervention in different settings, such as youth centers and psychiatric settings. Lydia is a therapist who is passionate about bring help to others. She wants to help clients overcome their difficulties and find appropriate solutions so that they find a balance on a daily basis. Having gained experience with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, mental health and delinquency, her background brings a relevant perspective to the intervention. She masters the systemic, motivational, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Being keenly interested in everything related to delinquency, she is interested in a multitude of related fields to meet the needs of clients. In addition, she has extensive knowledge in the system of the Youth Protection Act (LPJ) and the DPJ. She will be happy to accompany and/or guide you through this process.
Lydia offers her services to adolescents, parents, families and couples. Her attentiveness and openness allow her to have great encounters with her clients. She makes sure to respect the client’s pace and makes sure to identify each person’s needs and strengths, while easily adapting her interventions according to their age and profile.
